Bart Marshall is a long-time student of Richard Rose, a writer and a filmmaker. He has been a regular speaker at TAT Foundation events.
Many years ago he created a video about Mr. Rose, which included radio and lecture appearances in North Carolina, moments with university students as they trekked up to visit Mr. Rose at his farm in West Virginia, and portions of hours of video of Mr. Rose recorded there.
Excerpts of this film can be seen by searching Youtube for Richard Rose.
The entire video is available from the TAT Foundation.
After The Absolute
Along with David Gold, Bart co-authored After The Absolute: The Inner Teachings of Richard Rose, which you can read online in HTML format at SearchWithin.Org.
Besides his time with Richard Rose, Bart had a life-changing encounter with Douglas Harding.
Bart has written/translated a dozen books, including Becoming Vulnerable to Grace, The Perennial Way and Christ Sutras, which he published and can be found at his website RealFace Press.

On this website you can read Bart’s article Ultimate Betweenness, which explores Richard Rose’s principle of “Between-Ness”, an esoteric and essential part of his life and his teaching. The title comes from the section “Notes on Between-ness” in Rose’s book The Direct-Mind Experience.
