Paul Constant

Paul Constant (a pseudonym) met Richard Rose in 1985 as a 22-year old college student and was immediately attracted to his teachings, beginning a decades long search.

In 2007 Paul had a psychological and spiritual breakthrough that satisfied his inner searching, and which interestingly he was able to document as a series of email exchanges between himself and other students of Richard Rose who had had similar realizations. Paul’s synopsis of his realization, along with the correspondence, appears in an article here: Stop Looking and See, An Experience with One Awareness.

Paul maintains the website SearchWithin.Org–Resources for the Sincere Seeker, which contains a collection of over 200 articles, transcriptions, audio recordings, including his own writings, which are here: Articles and Essays by Paul Constant

SearchWithin.Org also includes archives of the TAT Journal, The Forum for Awareness, published by the TAT Foundation from 1977 to 1984, which contains rare and interesting articles by Richard Rose and members of the TAT Society, and writers favored by Mr. Rose, as well as announcements of group activities.

Paul has written many articles for the TAT Foundation, which can be seen here: TAF Forum #Constant

Paul can be seen on video outlining a method of “shifting our attention from the unreal to the Real” in a presentation to the Triangle Inquiry Group in Raleigh, NC here (1 hour):

On this website please see No Religion Is Greater Than Friendship, a presentation Paul made to TAT regarding friendship and the search, the need and the benefit of working with others.

With Michael Casari, Paul has authored an article on “awareness” at SearchWithin.Org, reproduced here as: The Awareness Within.
